Pet Golem Games is an international videogame startup currently working on their first release, The Cauldron Twins, a fantasy RPG.
In their early days, I led overarching marketing strategy for the upcoming game’s release, including spearheading release timing/product price research and creating content calendars for Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram in partnership with the dev team. I also worked on comprehensive media relations tools, including a press kit in Notion and a company website.
I eventually went full-time at the Massachusetts Service Alliance and transitioned into a consultant-advisor role at Pet Golem Games. I worked on training an entry-level community management hire by writing modules, organizing a resource database, and having regular 1:1 check-ins; I also advised marketing and PR strategy on an as-needed basis.
